Focusing on supporting local farmers, we use seasonal ingredients and change the menu on a monthly basis. You can taste the difference in our organic, free-range eggs and our antibiotic & hormone-free, organic meats from Hickory Nut Gap Farms and Sunburst Trout. Our organic fair trade coffee is roasted by Mountain Air Roasters and breads arrive fresh from West end Bakery and City Bakery. We take pride in our support of variety of local farms all year round. We will post our seasonal famers in a blog to keep you updated on what we are doing.
